Pre-defined seller’s terms

Doorsey levels the playing field for buyers and their agents by providing pre-defined seller’s terms up front.  

On each of our listings, buyers can review the seller’s desired closing and possession dates, financing types, acceptable contingencies, and requested earnest money amount. Only those that fit the seller’s criteria can submit bids which means they only compete on what matters most—price.
